Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) netted 112 vehicles due to illegal parking in Senen, Sawah Besar, Kemayoran, Cempaka Putih, Tanah Abang, and Menteng, on Friday (2/5).

Central Jakarta Sudinhub Acting Head (Plh), Syamsul Mirwan conveyed, from total 112 vehicles, 15 cars were towed, 73 motorbikes were flattened, 21 vehicles were netted, and 3 microtrans received BAP.

"Those vehicles parked illegally on the roadside and often cause traffic jam," he explained.

This operation was carried out to follow up reports from local residents who complained about illegal parking on the roadside and sidewalk.

"We routinely conduct the operation every morning, afternoon, and late afternoon in 8 sub-districts," he mentioned.
